| Abstract:
The uniting processes of inlay-bark-tongue, splice and cleft grafting were observed and described with the scions and stocks of new shoot; which were all included 5 stages: no callus formation, callus initiation, callus connection, cambium differentiation and connection, vascular differentiation and connection. The content of scion moisture, the temperature, the medium humidity and the varieties on callus formation were also studied and analyzed. | |
