Physiological and technical concepts for storage are described giving guidelines for the adecuate use of storages and means of transportation. Desinfection and conditions for storage and transporte are discussed in detail as well as production of and sensitivity to ethylene, critical temperatures and damage of cold on some tropical fruits. | |
