| Abstract:
The suitability of modification of ELISA described by Arunasalam and Pearson for detection of plum pox virus (PPV) was studied. The modified F(ab')2-ELISA and DAS-ELISA detected 10 ng/ml and 3 ng/ml of PPV respectively. Both standard and modified DAS-ELISA failed to detect the infection in some symptomless leaves from diseased trees. | |
