| Abstract:
The coupling of secologanin derivatives with tryptamine as well as 2-oxo-2,3-dihydrotryptamine derivatives has been studied. Depending on N/b/-substituent and solvent, remarkable stereoselectivity could be obtained according to the diamond lattice model. The results can contribute to the interpretation of the biosynthesis of strictosidine and vincoside as well. | |
