| Abstract:
The aim of this investigation is the production of peach, Prunus persica (L.) Batsch., haploids (monoploids). The anthers with microspores at the uninucleated stage of two peach cultivars 'Cresthaven' and 'Vesna' were used for haploid production. The investigation has shown the growth regulators: 2,4-D + Zeatin, IAA + Zeatin and NAA + Zeatin influenced high frequence of callus formation among peach anthers (70 % or more of the numbers of cultured anthers). | |
