| Abstract:
Lisianthus Russellianus Hook is an interesting new floricultural crop, very suitable for tissue culture studies. A protocol to separate cells through enzimatic digestion of the cell walls is proposed. Trials to subculture the protoplasts in bioreactor were made and the results show that it is an encouraging approach to produce a fine cell suspension culture. | |
