| Abstract:
Corm formation of Sparaxis hybrids in vitro can be controlled by temperature and sucrose level of the nutrient medium. Temperature treatments at 12-16°C for 8-12 weeks of plantlets cultivated on a medium with a sucrose concentration of 100 g/1 resulted in the highest percentage of corm formation. | |
