| Abstract:
The possibility of propagation in vitro of Aronia melanocarpa Elliot has been investigated. Meristems, isolated from buds of one year old branchlets from current vegetation were grown on different nutritive mediums. Organization into leave rosette was achieved on MSL with the addition of 1.0 mgl-l BAP, 0.1 mgl-l IBA, 0.1 mgl-l GA3. The best development and propagation of axillary buds was achieved on MSL medium supplemented with 0.5 mgl-l BAP, 0.1 mgl-l IBA, 0.1 mgl-l GA3. The best rooting was obtained by 1.5 mgl-l IBA. | |
