| Abstract:
'Zelen' is an easily regenerated cultivar. The described method is simple and rapid, potentially producing approximately 100000 plantlets in 12 months from only one node on the half strength Murashige-Skoog medium with 2 % sucrose and 1.1 μM IAA. The best meristem proliferation medium is MS with 3 % sucrose, 0.7 % Bacto-Difco agar, 5 uM BAP and 1.1 μM IAA. | |
