| Abstract:
The Royal Horticultural Society takes care of both commercial horticulture and horticultural science with coordination of various groups of horticultural researchers. The Agricultural Research Council is responsible for research planning and coordination. It supports research institutions and colleges distributed throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Most meetings are organized by the respective institutions, often in close relation to the trade. A printed forum is "The Grower", one of the most important growers' journals in English. | |
