Data are provided for trends in production of temperate zone fruits in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay, as well as for the main cultivars grown. Production in Venezuela, Peru, Colombia, Equador and Bolivia is also discussed. Future prospects include international cooperative efforts. | |
