SOME CONSUMER PERCEPTIONS OF FOODS

Abstract:
A series of focus group discussions were held in the Philippines and in Hawaii to determine consumer attitudes and behavior toward their available foods. Results identified many similar areas in consumer reactions. Obtained information was used to develop a Consumer Education Program on food safety and nutrition.
