SHOOT MULTIPLICATION OF PEAR IN DOUBLE-PHASE MEDIUM CULTURE |

| Abstract:
Compared to solidified medium, shoot number and length were significantly increased on double-phase medium. Different combinations of medium in liquid and solid phase strongly influenced shoot multiplication with the optimum results obtained in QL liquid and solid medium. Adding liquid medium to one-month-old cultures or transplanting the cultures to a fresh solid medium produced the similar effects on shoot multiplication. | |
