| Abstract:
Stimulation of the number and the length of adventitious roots in shoot culture of Phaseolus vulgaris cv. Zorin was achieved under the influence of jasmonic acid (0.01 - 10μM). Higher survival of explants and stimulation of shoot elongation on medium with 1 and 10μM of jasmonic acid was obtained. | |
