| Abstract:
Out of several methods tested, liquid shake culture was efficient in root initiation and growth but none of the plantlets survived in the nursery as compared to soil:peat (1:1) mixture and filter paper bridge system. Altogether 46 plantlets were transplanted in the field. | |
