| Abstract:
Shoot regeneration was achieved from "in vitro" leaves of prune cultivars "Bluefre" and "Susina di Dro" (Prunus domestica L.), with rates reaching 100 %. Organogenesis was affected both by auxin type and concentration and light type; on japanese-type plum hybrids regeneration was not successful. | |
