IN VITRO CULTURE IN LIQUID MEDIA: A REQUERIMENT FOR AUTOMATIZATION

Authors:   J.P. Majada, M.A. Fal, R.S. Tamés
Abstract:
The posibilities of exploiting automatization for in vitro culture depends of liquid culture media development. We can reduce the final cost per explant using an appropiate automated system, requering liquid media that induces high rates of vitrification. The new products Pronatec decreased the rate of vitrification, though the propagation rate changes with the substrates used.
