| Abstract:
The study showed the different level of biosynthesis and accumulation of DNA and specificity of its content in different plant organs. The molecular mass and other physical and chemical properties of DNA in callus differed as compared to in plant tissue. And also found differences in the ultrastructural organisation of cell and their organelles from genotype to genotype. | |
