| Abstract:
Basal part of the embryo and part of the cotyledon adjacent to the embryo; cut from aseptically germinating seeds (taken from germinating seeds after 48 hours) gave multiple shoots via callusing in MS medium having 0.5mg/l of BAP. Distinct variation has been obtained in the regenerated plants. | |
