Abstract:
In vitro plantlets of Prunus avium L. were rooted and grown in perlite in jars.
Theirs roots were excised and introduced on the MS medium.
This basal medium was supplemented with different combinations and concentrations of benzyladenine (BA), indolebutyric acid (IBA) and gibberellic acid (GA). Two kinds of structures were produced: a) individually isolated shoots, and b) callus like structures, producing 4 to 20 shoots.
