DOI:   10.17660/ActaHortic.1991.289.21
Abstract:
In vitro shoots of Quince A (Cydonia oblonga Mill.) were cultured on Murashige and Skoog basal medium containing 3mg/l BAP, 0.1 mg/l IAA and 0.1 mg/l GA3. The effect of different levels of sucrose, agar and pH on shoot multiplication rate and quality were examined. The best shoot proliferation and development were obtained from 30 g/l sucrose, 5 g/l agar and 5.5 pH.
