| Abstract:
We developed a mass clonal propagation technology for Larix decidua. In vitro germination of larch embryos was achieved on DCR medium, Gupta-Durzan /1985/ supplemented with zeatin or zeatinribozid. After one-two weeks the young seedlings were transferred to fresh basal medium contained 10 mg/l of BAP. | |
