SHOOT REGENERATION FROM IN VITRO ROOTS OF KIWI |

| Abstract:
Regeneration of shoots and roots was induces in in vitro cultured root segments of two genotypes of Actinidia deliciosa, cv Tomuri and cv Hayward. Cv Tomuri seemed to be more reactive in regenerating, in particular when 2-isopentenyl adenosine (2 iP) was employed. Isoenzymatic polymorphism was detected among the regenerants. | |
