| Abstract:
"In vitro" bud proliferation of shoot explants of Cupressus sempervirens L. was detected on cytokinin-containing media. The genotype, the basal media and the concentration of different cytokinins (BAP, kinetin, 2iP and zeatin) significantly affected bud proliferation. Shoot elongation was obtained in a basal medium to which activated chaircoal was added. | |
