| Abstract:
In vitro thermotherapy of stem cuttings was successfully used for production of the fanleaf virus-free grapevine (Vitis vinifera L. 'Zelen'). Synchronization of bud growth and significantly higher lengths of healthy plantlets were achieved on half strength Murashige-Skoog micropropagation medium with addition of jasmonic acid (0.01–1μM). | |
