| Abstract:
Ukraine has favourable natural conditions for walnut growing: There are about 36 % of it's plantations here, that give 56 % of nuts. Among nut-fruit trees walnut is the main crop,it's specific weight is 94 % and it occupies 52 000 ha. The main plantations / 88 % / are private plantations. The industrial nut-orchards will be planted first of all in Chernovitsky, Zakarpatsky and other Pridnestrovsko-Prikarpatsky regions. | |
