| Abstract:
Calyx and leaf explant of lavandin were cultured on media with different amounts of NaCl to describe the behaviour of salt-stressed cells. Explants from various sources exhibited different NaCl sensivity; appreciable changes were observed in growth pattern and morphology of calli maintained on media with NaCl. | |
