| Abstract:
In vitro androgenesis of 6 Malus domestica Borkh. and 5 Prunus avium L. genotypes was investigated. The rate of callus induction in apple reached from 2 to 48 % and in cherry from 0, 1 to 7 %. Formation of embryos without any callus was found between the 3rd and the 6th month of cultivation for the apple cultivars Alkmene, Clivia and two breeding clones. | |
