ADVENTITIOUS SHOOT FORMATION FROM IN VITRO LEAVES OF MM.106 APPLE CLONAL ROOTSTOCK |

| Abstract:
Shoot regeneration was achieved from in vitro MM.106 leaves at frequencies close to 50% on a medium with Murashige & Skoog (1962) salts and vitamins, enriched with 11 or 22 μM benzyladenine (BA) and 5.4 μM indoleacetic acid (IAA). The addition to the medium of Phytophthora cactorum culture filtrate (CF) at increasing concentrations from 0 to 20% resulted in a concomitant reduction in adventitious shoot regeneration. | |
