Abstract:
Significant correlation between the content of principal mineral elements, endogenous ethylene content in fruits and the intensity of incidence of physiological and infectious disorders of fruits has been established.
Critical values for Ca and P content, Formula available in full text only and N/Ca ratios as well as for endogenous ethylene content have been suggested for apples assigned for long-term storage.
