| Abstract:
Rat monoclonal antibodies against Erwinia amylovora have been prepared. They were compared with the available polyclonal antibodies already in use. Comparisons were made on pure bacterial cultures and also on infected and healthy plant tissues. The advantages and disadvantages and the limits of the methods used to detect the bacteria are discussed. | |
