| Abstract:
The relationship of domestic prices of fresh and canned pineapples and other fruits between 1980–1988 was analyzed. To this purpose an econometric pattern was used to establish the degree and the relation type of these fruits as substitute goods and/or complementary in normal diet. The development of foreign trade in relation to prices is also described, in order to project the potential requirements in each product. | |
