During 1980–1987, at the Fruit Research Institute Pitesti-Maracineni several strawberry diseases were investigated along with their control. In Romania during this period the most important diseases of strawberry were caused by: Botrytis cinerea Pers., Sphaerotheca macularis (Wallr. et Fr.) Jacz., Phytophthora cactorum (Leb. et Cohn.) Schroet and Mycosphaerella fragariae (Tul.) Lindau. | |
