| Abstract:
The effect of Botrytis cinerea cultural filtrates (CF) on ion leakage of leaf discs of strawberry varieties and selections, known for their different susceptibility to the disease, was observed to determine the possibility of applying this method to screening for resistance. Culture filtrate preparation, sterilization and field phyisiological conditions of the plants influenced the results. | |
