| Abstract:
The effect of Phytophthora cactorum culture filtrates (CF) on in vitro shoot proliferation and rooting and on leaf discs ion leakage of different strawberry varieties, known for their different field susceptibility to the disease, was tested. The possibility of use these two methods for resistance evaluation of strawberry varieties is discussed. | |
