| Abstract:
Late season crops of muskmelon (Cucumis melo L.) and fakous (Cucumis melo var. flexuosus) were studied with intent tot make cold plastic greenhouses more profitable in tunisian Sahel. Results obtained allowed us to see that fakous (tunisian cucumber) crop is unteresting because of its short duration, good yield and fruit quality. In the other hand, muskmelon crop is less profitable because of poor fruit quality and lower yield whatever the kind of pruning. | |
