| Abstract:
This paper deals with observations on some climatologic and plant-specific factors in five greenhouses, each one equiped with a different aeration system. Those systems are different in distribution and largeness of the openings. Ventilation happened through those openings as well as through the open doors. That greenhouse, where lateral and ridge aeration were combined, was the most favourable for many reasons. The yield in this construction was also the highest. It's also clearly from the results that the greenhouse, aerated by the classic way (woody planks placed between two plastic sheets) is not convenient. Further research on this subject is necessary and probably better results will be achieved when aeration is combined with shading of the greenhouse. | |
