Conciderable discrepancies between laboratory tests of pea bean and soybean seeds and their field emergence were found (Matthews, Bradnock, 1967, 1968). The aim of the work was to explain these divergences and to examine to what extent field emergence can be predicted on the basis of various methods of laboratory assessment of pea seed viability. | |
