| Abstract:
Under glasshouse conditions potted P.hortorum cv Springtime and H.rosa-synensis were sprayed in winter with O/H20+O, O5 % Nonit/, 1250, 2000, 5000 ppm and 0/H20+O,05% Nonit/, 2000, 5000 ppm of paclobutrazol and O/H20+O,05 % Nonit/, 1250, 5000 ppm of Malein hydrazid, respectively. Following treatment decrease of plant height, darker green leaves, earlier flowering and more number of flowers /plant were observed as compared to control treatment with water+O,05 % Nonit. | |
