| Abstract:
In recent years there are several important developments in the culture of Gerbera. Production on rockwool instead of soilculture has impacts on costs and returns. At the same time the market for Gerbera is characterized by saturation. This study handles with a further change of the culture on rockwool and the effects of a changing supply on the market. The position of Gerbera in the market appeared to be rather weak. If there will be no essential change in the product or in the marketing, the importance of Gerbera will go downwards in a rather quick pace. | |
