| Abstract:
Nine transplantings were conducted over three years to select cauliflower cultivars suitable for harvest over a full year. The needs of the processing and fresh market industries were considered. The cultivars White Rock, Elby (spring to early autumn), Plana, Toga, Vernan and Ravella (autumn to early spring), best suited the criteria for both industries. | |
