Abstract:
Current cauliflower cultivars do not meet specific requirements of the Singapore market when grown at spacings of 2 plants m-2. Import agents in Singapore demand well trimmed, smooth, sweet to taste, white curds of 12 to 14 cm diameter and 1 kg weight.
Meeting these specifications will require finding suitable cultivars and determining optimum spacing for these cultivars.
