SIMULATION OF INSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY AND CROP TEMPERATURE IN AN ENERGY CONSERVING GREENHOUSE

Abstract:
A greenhouse climate model was developed for predicting the inside air temperature, canopy temperature and the specific humidity of the inside air. Radiant heat exchange was analyzed with matrix calculation. The shape factors relating to the outer surface of the greenhouse cover were analyzed with approximate formulae.
