| Abstract:
Requirements are presented for new vegetable crops to be grown under glass in the Netherlands. Some items are dealt with quantitatively, such as desired production levels; other conditions are discussed from a qualitative point of view such as possibility for year-round cultivation and quality of the final product. A review is given of cost prices of products derived from different production levels. | |
