| Abstract:
A description is given of a cropping system of Asparagus in containers for production of white spears in a climatized cell. An adapted nutrient solution, at an electrical conductivity value (E.C.) of 2 mS/cm, is convenient during the vegetative faze. During forcing no fertilization is necessary. A cold treatment of the rhizomes, before forcing, results in a positive effect on quality of the white spears. | |
