| Abstract:
In the past five years some important aspects of growing yard-long bean under Dutch glasshouse conditions have been studied, e.g. testing new varieties, the influence of plant density and planting dates on production and on keeping quality of the pods. Yard-long beans both with light green and dark green pods, with good flavour and colour are now available. Existing keeping quality meets the demands of trade and consumer. | |
