| Abstract:
The endogenous gibberellin content in apple fruit buds collected at weekly intervals from October to March varied during dormancy. The content of these hormones decreased at the beginning of that phenomenon, whereas, the opposite took place during its last phases. The data on temperature and photoperiod also showed similar patterns during that time. Although changes were observed in both external factors, no gibberellin activity was detected at the middle of dormancy. | |
