The records are transmitted to a host computer.
Programs allow control and correction afterwards and make a summary.
This summary is coded and stored in the timestudy databank (WERKBANK).
WERKBANK is used as an electronic archive to which new workstudies can be added and from which timestudies can be sorted in a very fast way.
The stored time studies can be used by a computer program to calculate tasktimes or as basic data for work method standards.
The registration of timestudies is programmed for a Husky Hunter handheld microcomputer, calculation programs and storage have been programmed for a VAX computer.
For storage is used the Oracle Database Management System.
