| Abstract:
C. limon Burn ovules of cv. "Femminello" (LCNR 9) very sensitive to malsecco, were collected at different stages of development from preanthesis to 60 days after the fall of petals. Ovules cultivated in Murashige and Tucker medium produced, independently of the stage of development, non embryogenetic calli and few plants. Calli and plants were diploid. | |
