Abstract:
One of the problems blocking further development of micropropagation is the necessary period of lengthy in vitro growing of planting material, which accounts for persistance in the practice of such traditional techniques as budding and bench grafting.
Among other perspective methods there is grafting on unrooted vegetatively propagated rootstock, with further rooting in conditions of artifical mist.
However only a rational combination of all these techniques can produce a sufficient amount of planting material in a short period of time.
